Single motor cable connection

Motors with two wire feedback systems like SFD-M, SFD3 or HIPERFACE DSL can be connected to AKD2G by using a single Kollmorgen hybrid cable. Depending on the AKD2G version (single or dual axis), one or two single cable motor connections are possible.

Secondary Brake connector X4

Connector X4 is standard on single axis servo drives with functional safety and is used for applications that require a second safety brake.

Connector X4 is standard on AKD2G-7V24S and is used for applications that require a secondary brake.
